Privacy & Data
A summary of what the platform collects and how to remove it. The full privacy policy is linked below.
What is collected
Profile information a Business or Influencer account provides at signup and afterward: location, category or niche tags, contact details, and, for an influencer who connects Instagram, authorized follower and engagement figures from that account.
Who it is shared with
- The payment processor, for billing details, if you pay a fee or subscribe.
- Meta, only if you choose to connect an Instagram account.
- No one else. A business never sees an influencer's contact details until a deal is paid for; see Deal Flow & the Anti-Cheat Rule.
Deleting your account
A signed-in Business or Influencer can permanently delete their own account from their dashboard at any time, with no need to contact support. Deletion removes the account itself, every deal and message it was party to, its full payment history, any advertising placements, and any uploaded verification documents, and cancels any active subscription.
One narrow exception: if a Business account ever redeemed the free Premium trial, the email address it signed up with is kept on its own — nothing else about the account — solely to stop that email from claiming a second free trial under a new account later.
